Summary

The successful candidate will provide project management, integration, and requirements management support to the Sponsor’s Cloud Focus Team, with a particular emphasis on Google Cloud Platform.

Duties, Tasks & ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with the Sponsor’s Cloud vendors, particularly GoogleWorking with Cloud vendors, particularly Google, and the technical members of the Sponsor’s Cloud Focus Team, to develop solutions, improve capabilities, and meet requirementsManaging requirements, to include coordinating and facilitating exchange meetings or forums to determine/validate requirements and ensuring tasks are performed according to agreed-upon plansPreparing and presenting requirements documentation, status reports, data calls, deliverables, and briefingsServing as one of the primary interfaces between the Sponsor and Cloud vendors, and engaging in/facilitating two-way communicationDocumenting and maintaining IT system information in Sponsor’s custom repositoryMaintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with Sponsor management and other stakeholdersCollaborating with internal technical teams, Cloud vendors, ISSMs, and management to build relationships and achieve objectives

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies10+ years experience with project managementExceptional relationship building skills, and the ability to drive toward solutions in a collaborative mannerStrong experience with project management, requirements management, systems integration, and/or systems engineeringStrong experience gathering, writing, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environmentStrong ability to manage competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholders, while managing expectations appropriatelyExperience with project management and other software suites, such as JIRA and Microsoft Office productsHigh School Diploma or GEDMaster's degree can replace 1 year of experience; and/or any relevant certification can replace 6 months of experience

Desired Experience, Skills & TechnologiesPrevious Cloud experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) strongly desiredProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience working in a mission environment and/or with many different types of data

Security Clearance Required:TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closetThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
