Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's hiring needs at all times.Pre-screen all candidates and conduct initial virtual interviews.Review resumes on all postings.High Volume of Calling - Warm and Cold Calling.Assist in the maintenance and identification of redundancies throughout the talent pipeline.Maintain and organize candidate schedules and appointments.Organize and manage information in our applicant tracking systems and talent network databases.Candidate Management.Serve as the primary contact point for all incoming Recruitment questions.Provide information about Black Box Security's unique careers and culture, as well as share details about the requisitions.Visit job fairs, military bases, executive protection training facilities for recruitment purposes.Work closely with the training and scheduling departments to ensure the company hiring needs are being met.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or High Volume Talent Acquisition experience.Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to listen and translate what's being expressed into tangible outcomes.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:
