Vaco LA is working with a client in the Defense and Technology industry who is looking for an experienced and qualified Office Manager to help support all office responsibilities. This opportunity is located in South Bay LA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity will start as a Temp opportunity and is looking to pay between $40-$50/hr. We are looking for someone who is available to start ASAP.

Job Duties:

Supporting all office-related functions including greeting visitors, receptionist duties, and opening up the office.Heavy vendor and maintenance management.Ordering all office supplies and keeping the office stocked with snacks/food.Helping with EA related duties.Experience working with office transitions heavy preferred.Over 7 years of office management experience required for the role.Bachelor's degree highly preferred.Advanced proficiency using office management related software.
