Job Responsibilities:
Work across multiple diverse businesses to deliver enterprise capabilities and solutions on Azure.
Deliver enterprise solutions within financial services, ensuring knowledge of security and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cloud engineering, network, security, and risk management to deliver bank secured Azure solutions.
Collaborate with developers in the Azure engineering team to implement and improve tools for self-service automation.
Develop custom code in Jenkins, Groovy, Python, and PowerShell for automation of builds and testing.
Maintain a backlog of features and integration enhancements to automate the platform.
Use agile JIRA tools to manage a backlog of enhancements and bug fixes, managing source code in Stash and binaries in Nexus.
Develop automated integration tests on the Jenkins CI platform for test automation.
Skills and Experience Required:
3+ years of experience developing platform orchestration code in Azure Python SDK, Terraform, and GitHub Runners.
Experience in Azure RBAC and integration with Active Directory and PingFed.
Proficient in writing and using Azure RM templates and Terraform.
Proficiency in cloud automation using Azure CLI.
Excellent skills in Google Cloud or AWS may be considered if compliant with experience requirements.
Knowledge of cloud provisioning, administration, disaster recovery, and performance measurement in the cloud.
Strong programming skills with experience in API and Webhook development using Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting languages.
Experience with automating and integrating serverless PaaS solutions such as Azure App Service, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning.
Understanding of DR/BCP options in overall application architecture.
Familiarity with Azure security features (data protection, authentication, RBAC, etc.).
Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in Azure environments.
Ability to troubleshoot Azure, DNS, connectivity, NSG, and routing.
Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts for deploying platforms and databases.
Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to defined security and compliance controls.
Enhance the cloud orchestration platform for automated provisioning and management of cloud services.
Develop/Consume APIs, SDKs, and Webhooks for integration with enterprise systems and DevOps tools.
Participate in fast-paced DevOps Engineering teams within Scrum agile processes.
Critical thinking and strong research and analytics skills.
Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile Scrum teams.
