As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be defining project scopes and taking a lead role. Alongside training and developing junior staff, you will champion best practices and act as a project leader. You will work within your team to execute increasingly sophisticated approaches to deliver outcomes.Responsibilities
Executing the team's Data Science best practicesOffering training and mentoring support to more junior Data ScientistsBeing the primary developer of models and analyticsBuilding models, performing analytics, and creating AI featuresPresenting results to internal stakeholdersInteracting with customers/clientsRequirements
Have excellent related experience in a data scientist roleHave experience in leading complex projects and customer relationshipsBe a natural problem solver, able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issuesHave excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audienceHave experience using NLP tools and methods such as OpenNLP, Stanford NLP, LDA, Gensim, spaCyHave proficiency training large scale models in at least one modern deep learning engineHave experience using Machine Learning and associated packages like scikit-learn, pandas, Numpy, and an in-depth understanding of machine learning techniques such as classification, clustering, recommendation systems, and statistical modelsHave substantial years of recent coding experience using Python and/or JavaHave experience with Visualization/Dashboarding such as ElasticSearch and/or SolrWork in a way that works for you
