*Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.*Please note that all position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.The main function of a business analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level.Maintain all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.The business analyst usually reports to a project manager or director.Coordinate communication between numerous internal and external teams, vendors, and partners.Engage with partner and cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and coordination areas to deliver features at high quality.Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently.Setup, coordinate, and report goals, roadmaps, and strategy.Ensure the members of their team are able to work at their highest potential and able to play to their strengths.Drive continuous improvements and change management.Implement technologies in production and warehousing shop floors.Qualifications
Experience leading projects.Experience with project management tools.Proactive problem solving with communication and collaborative skills.Experience influencing and driving decision-making through fact-based analysis and rationale.Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.Business Analyst IV TOP 3 must have hard skills: project management, process driving mindset, strong analytical skills.GOOD TO HAVE: experience driving projects from concept to implementation, API/Webservices/EDI/Oracle technical knowledge; ability to translate operational needs to system needs and vice versa.Benefits
