Northeast Territory Account ExecutivePosition OverviewHatchMed is seeking account executives to join our sales team! You will be responsible for generating new business, growing market share, and representing HatchMed in a large, multi-state territory. The Northeast Territory includes: NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, & RI. Applicants must live in territory.Primary Account Executive ResponsibilitiesExecute Annual Territory Sales Strategy, including monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs, in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targetsConduct sales prospecting calls in-person and virtually to assigned accounts in territoryPromote and cross-sell HatchMed products in order to increase business from existing and new customers in order to meet or exceed sales targetsDevelop and maintain extensive technical, product, and market knowledgeDocument any/all customer and prospect interactions in HatchMed's CRM system (Zoho)Prepare and provide updates on annual Territory Sales Strategy and performance to sales director on a weekly basisCollaborate with cross-functional team members to provide necessary support to meet or exceed customer expectationsCommunicate any and all customer concerns to appropriate HatchMed team membersExecute all applicable training assigned to this roleQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent2+ years of sales experience (medical industry a plus)Job RequirementsMust live in territoryWilling to travel out-of-state and overnight up to 25%Valid driver's license and auto insuranceReliable vehicleRoad warrior, high volume of driving in territoryFamiliar with Apple products (iPads, iPhones, iOS)Core CompetenciesResults drivenCompetitiveExcellent sales and negotiation skillsHighly organized and attentive to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh EQCoachable and eager to learnStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to function well under pressureBenefits100% of employees monthly medical, dental, and vision premiums covered15k life insurance policy401k with matching up to 4% of salary10 days paid vacation5 days paid sick leave9 paid company observed holidays plus 3 floating holidays$50 per month technology stipendAbout HatchMedHatchMed is a Seattle-based medical product design and manufacturing company founded in 2012.
