Senior Financial Analyst

Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of this position are related to Sales reporting, including standard business performance reports; calculation of monthly variable compensation payments for the sales force; discount reporting; expense reporting and recording new customers. In addition, this role will be involved in regional financial analysis to produce essential ad hoc information for management to help understand company trends and performance. This role will be hybrid.Responsible for accurate calculation of monthly variable compensation, and related reporting to the salesforceAssisting in sales forecasting and communication with the salesforceAssist in creating and maintaining reports for senior management to provide information on company performanceAssist in monthly BEX reporting and the annual budgeting processAssist in month end financial closeSetting up the annual compensation statements, and ensuring that quota is maintained on BI for accurate sales reportingProvision of detailed sales performance information for focused sales groups – DSO, Institutions, Nobel ProceraProviding the daily bookings report for senior managementProviding information and empowering other users in analytical reporting within finance and the sales (e.g., DSO) and marketing functions (e.g., KOL, SSC)Required Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or 4+ years of relevant Financial Analyst experience in lieu of education3+ years of Financial Analyst experienceSAP Business Intelligence (BI- Business Analytics for SAP)Proficient using MS Excel (advanced user)Preferred SkillsKnowledge of variable compensation plansDetail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accurately.Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales teams and other relevant departments.Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA (corporate office).Target Market Salary RangeActual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
