As the VP of Product Management for Intralinks’ Banks and Corporates segment, our largest market segments you will create and execute product plans for M&A and debt capital markets clients. You bring a good mix of strategic and “getting stuff done” approaches to your work. You are passionate about leadership and developing a highly functional team of Product Managers. You are a strong collaborator who wants to work with executives, other functional leaders and our clients to propose and deliver best in class products that align with SS&C Intralinks strategy and propel our business to its next phase of growth. Lead quarterly and annual product planning for the Banks and Corporates segment working closely with the Engineering Lead(s) and other business segment leaders.Strategically manage the evolution of our new and traditional offerings; continually making strategic investment decisions and describing tradeoffs.Inspire cross-functional teams to execute on the product vision and nurture innovation from everywhere.Provide leadership focus to speed ideation, planning, design, and development of new products and capabilities across the organization.Work closely with clients and partners to ensure that products and solutions are market-driven, engaging and effective.Partner with R&D and Design to create a highly collaborative product development model that translates into product and business success.Lead and grow a team of world class product managers. Define team and individual-level roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Hire and nurture top talent, managing ongoing performance, and facilitating career growth.What You Will Bring:

10+ years leading product management teams for a global SaaS business.Master's degree in Product Management or related field.A background in Investment Banking or Private Equity.Proven track record of bringing new products to market – from concept to launch and into growth mode.Product vision and the ability to communicate that vision inside and outside the organization.Demonstrated record of bringing new products to market from ideation and first customer ship through market expansion.Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively as a leader and peer with other senior functional leaders across R&D, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.Track record of building and leading a high-performance team. Along with, the desire and ability to develop and mentor product managers.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Aha! as core product management planning and execution related tools.Experience with agile development as well as design sprint methodologies.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.Ability to partner with and lead a large cross-functional team to drive project results.Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills to find, analyze, and distill data into actionable insights.Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
