$105,019.20 - $152,692.80 Annually

About The PositionThe attorney hired for this position will provide general and transactional legal services which may include advising Licensing, Procurement, Public Records, Transportation, Planning and Zoning, and/or Real Estate Departments. The work will include reviewing and drafting contracts (intergovernmental agreements, development agreements, leases, etc.), ordinances, resolutions, public records and other general legal documents. This position may provide legal services to one or more additional City departments and/or Boards or Commissions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in municipal, governmental, real estate or land use law, or a related field.The City Attorney's Office values its employees and offers a very positive and flexible/hybrid work environment.

City Attorney Assistant II: $105,019.20 - $152,692.80 AnnuallyCity Attorney Assistant I:

$99,985.60 - $145,392.00 Annually

Years of experience are based on a work schedule of 2,080 hours per year for full-time positions and 1,040 hours per year for part-time positions, and while work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis, depending upon the job classification, education may not be substituted for work experience.
