Joining as an AVP Technology in the Advisory Flexibility team, which is within the Technology business unit, you will be responsible for planning and directing projects to help design, build, and maintain the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support the delivery of the highest standards of software products and processes.Responsibilities:Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.Work with Product Owners to translate business problem statements into technical solutions.Coordinate solution design with leaders from Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business to optimize speed to market and achieve prioritized business outcomes.Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support.What are we looking for?We want

continuous improvement .Requirements:5+ years of experience working with C# and related Microsoft tech stack.1+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).1+ years of experience working with AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service.2+ years of experience working with Entity Framework or any other .NET ORM tools.3+ years of in-depth hands-on knowledge of working with SQL Server.Preferences:Hands-on experience using Confluent Kafka is a plus.Experience using design patterns and implementing them with C#.Experience in designing and developing microservices using CQRS pattern.Experience working with AWS EKS and other related AWS services.Hands-on experience using Git and related workflows.Pay Range:$106,480-$159,720/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
