Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIESProvides Service Delivery and Resource Management Support across large complex DOD program ensuring standardization, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.Develop IT service delivery processes and strategies to ensure quality services and task order requirements are met.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExtensive knowledge in ITIL processes, with particular emphasis on Change, Release, and Configuration Management for enterprise systems.Working knowledge and understanding of enterprise NetOps tools, procedures, and operational constructs to include ITIL based business processes.Experience using ServiceNow.Technical knowledge in one or more areas Network, Servers, or Cloud Services.Strong analytical skills.Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor.ITIL V4 Certification.TS/SCI Clearance Required.Overview
