As a SmartFlower Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to bring renewable energy solutions to businesses, individuals, and communities. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Smartflower solar systems to strategic business and institutional entities, build and maintain relationships with clients and drive double digit sales growth in your assigned territory. This role offers a perfect blend of entrepreneurship, environmental advocacy, and personal achievement.Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of Smartflower products and their benefits.Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients on the advantages of Smartflower systems.Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs, sustainability mission and to provide compelling proposals customized solar solutions.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support.Identify new up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, regulatory policies, and competitor activities.Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of SmartFlower.Requirements
Passion for renewable energy and a genuine commitment to sustainability.Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar, luxury goods, product advertising, or related industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele and the organization.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel to your assigned territory as needed.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Well versed in: office suites, such as Microsoft Office; presentation software such as PowerPoint; and Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce.Benefits
