Supports the development and management of an Operations Balanced ScorecardBuilds professional Sales Operations market performance updates, strategic proposals, and budget requests (PowerPoint, Tableau dashboards, etc.) for Field Operations, Dealer Council, Executive Leadership, and Audi AGProvides support to the Benchmarking & KPI Performance Manager to guide the overall technical and analytical requirements of the Sales Operations teamRole Responsibilities

Operations Balanced Scorecard (20%)

Supports the development, ownership, and communication of an Operations Balanced ScorecardCollaborates with functional area leadership (Incentives, Supply Chain, Planning) to analyze and refine KPIs, providing a deep understanding of causal relationships impacting sales performanceCross Functional Alignment Activities (20%)

Supports the coordination and documentation of monthly planning activities between Regions, Planning, Incentives and Supply Chain teamsTracks decisions, course corrections based on KPI developmentSupports post-action analysis to drive better decision-making to improve overall sale performanceSales Operations Presentation / Communications (30%)

Develops Sales Operations market performance updates, strategic proposals, and budget requests (PowerPoint, Tableau dashboards, etc.) for Field Operations, Dealer Council, Executive Leadership, and Audi AGEstablishes a documentation process to capture ongoing summary of messaging to key stakeholders (Audi AG, CTM, Dealer Council, etc.)Operations Data / Technical Support (30%)

Supports strategic direction for operational back-end technical support and vendor managementProvides guidance and support to external resources to prioritize analysis and technical needs of the Sales Operations teamPrimary Location

Years of Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experienceEducation – Required

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business-related fieldEducation – Desired

Master’s degree in technical field (Analytics, Computer Science, etc)Skills

Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software (Excel, PowerPoint and Business Objects)Good knowledge of product portfolio of domestic & import model rangesStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate with all management levels locally and internationallyDevelop efficient and effective processes for operations and field groupsAnalytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategicIntegration – joining people, processes and systemsProblem solvingResource managementSpecialized Skills – Required
