We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager with a strong focus on employee relations and cross-team coordination to oversee a broad spectrum of human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in HR operations, employee orientation, onboarding, follow-up interviews, company culture enhancement, cross-departmental collaboration, employee relations, and effective coordination between multiple offices and business units. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to foster a thriving work environment.

Employee Relations And Engagement

Serve as a mediator and resolve employee-related conflicts and concerns, fostering a harmonious work environment.Provide guidance to both employees and management on effective conflict resolution strategies.Proactively promote a positive work culture that values open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.HR Operations And Employee Engagement

Lead employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Conduct follow-up interviews with new hires to gather feedback and insights, enhancing the onboarding experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement and a positive work atmosphere.Performance And Development

Work closely with a leader to implement performance evaluation methods that bring value to the employees and the company.Collaborate on setting performance objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.Identify training opportunities for employee growth and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Oversee internal movements and exits, ensuring fairness and adherence to established processes.Company Culture And Coordination

Champion initiatives that enrich the company's values and culture, collaborating with various teams for successful implementation.Foster employee engagement and well-being, cultivating a positive work environment across departments and offices.Cross-Team Coordination

Coordinate HR initiatives that span across departments, ensuring consistency and alignment with the organization's goals.Support the implementation of cross-functional projects that contribute to overall company success.Compensation And Succession Planning

Work with leaders and contribute insights to establish competitive compensation bands that align with roles and responsibilities.Regularly review compensation structures for internal equity and market competitiveness.Participate in identifying and nurturing internal talent for potential leadership roles.Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Demonstrated expertise (5+ years) in HR management, with a particular focus on operations, employee relations, and cross-team coordination.Comprehensive understanding of performance management, compensation, and succession planning.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Detail-oriented, and proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving.Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations.Competence in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
