In this role, the Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for doing 1120s, 1065s, LLCs, S corps, C corps, and preparing entity returns. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field4+ years of tax accounting experienceCPA (active license or getting close)Advanced Excel skillsWhat will you do in this Senior Tax Accountant role?
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax lawsPrepare and review complex tax returns, including 1120s, 1065s, S Corps, C Corps, LLCs, and entitiesIdentify tax saving opportunities, deductions, and credits for clientsServe as primary point of contact for clients regarding tax-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance on tax implications and strategiesStay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, conduct research on tax issues, and interpret their implicationsAssist in preparing for and responding to tax audits, representing their interests before tax authoritiesCollaborate with colleagues within the firm, including other accountants and tax professionals, to provide comprehensive financial services to clientsWhat is in this Senior Tax Accountant role for you?
