The User Growth team is responsible for growing PayPal’s membership through acquisition and engagement. We focus on delighting customers, directly addressing their pain points, and giving them reason to choose to use PayPal as a preferred way to pay.Key Responsibilities:

Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy.Understand PayPal’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in class.Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences.Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams (business, program managers, product, development, UX, analytics).Define detailed product requirements, scope, ship, measure features and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn.Drive product development by building end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers.Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams.Basic Requirements:

Passion for consumer advocacy.Strong analytical and data visualization skills (using these skills to drive data driven recommendations).Comfort owning strategy E2E, from problem to solution to optimization.Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers and an ability to explore and structure customers’ insights.Knowledge of data analytics and statistics.Strong problem-solving abilities - you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments.Experience working with internet technologies, or the payments industry is desirable.Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and to understand technology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team player with ability to interface and build relations at all levels.Recent Graduate Position Information and Requirements:

This is a Recent Graduate Full-Time position.Must have graduated within the past 12 months, or will be graduating by Winter 2023 or Spring 2024, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.MBA Preferred.Must reside in the U.S.Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
