Electrical Engineer PE, SCADA

Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Engineer with SCADA experience to join our team! In this role you will get to provide Electrical Engineering support to design and construction oversight for Facilities Design and Construction projects for a prominent DoD customer.Responsibilities:Support the completion of a wide range of Electrical Engineering assignments, including analysis of technical issues, review of technical documents, performance of field inspections, and development of technical papers.Independently develop and/or supervise the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.Define the problem, establish the work scope, prepare the budget and schedule, plan the work, provide technical direction, and report the work status.Typical products may include detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses.May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.What Required Skills You'll Bring:BS, Electrical Engineering5 or more years' experience in the Electrical Engineering field3 or more years’ experience working with SCADA systemsState of Maryland Professional Engineer registrationGood communication and analytical skillsWorking knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite of word processing and integrated software applicationsUS CitizenActive TS/SCI and polygraphWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Top Secret SCI w/PolygraphThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
