The full-time staff accounting position is responsible for supporting Finance Operations in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and banking reconciliation. In addition, the role will assist in end-of-period close, monthly analysis, and reconciliations of key balance sheet items, P&L, and intercompany accounts, following up on day-to-day accounting requests, and working with the business to resolve any issues. This position's main stakeholders will be the Company's account management team, influencers, and the greater operations team.

Responsibilities include:

Take day-to-day control of the account payable function including setting up payments, confirming payments, journal entries, and reconciliation, and generally assist in making payments in our weekly cycle.Assist in client billing and collection of outstanding invoices.Allocate, journalize, and reconcile payments made on corporate credit cards and other payments on Ramp.Assist in improving period end process, for a faster turnaround.Research and prepare to adjust journal entries as required.Identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements.Assist in the preparation of other schedules and improve processes as required.Coordinate weekly invoices and other payments, for central processing.Assist with and/or complete special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.Qualifications:

Minimum of two years experience in public or corporate accounting.Bachelor's degree in business, and a certificate in accounting.Experience with NetSuite.Accurate and precise attention to detail is of the utmost importance.Able to work with others as a team and independently; motivated; self-starter.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and management.Strong work ethic, quick learner; interested in learning new things.Takes initiative; motivated; self-starter.Excellent time management skills: planning, organization, prioritization, and execution.Sound analytical thinking; strong problem identification and independent resolution skills.Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.Agency Experience is a plus.Technical Competencies:

Understanding of general accounting principles.Working knowledge of QuickBooks or equivalent accounting system.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, database functions, etc.), Word, and Outlook.
