Red River is growing our Air Force Sales team!

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive business growth within the United States Air Force segment. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers within the Air Force, identifying opportunities, and promoting our extensive portfolio of technology solutions and services.Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the US Air Force.Understand the unique needs, challenges, and priorities of the Air Force and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions.Sales and Business Development:

Actively prospect, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Air Force customer base.Leverage your knowledge of GWAC contract vehicles to present comprehensive technology solutions that align with the Air Force's requirements.Collaborate with technical and solutions teams to design and propose customized solutions to address customer needs.Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.Proposal Development:

Prepare and submit proposals, working closely with our internal teams to craft compelling and compliant responses to government RFPs (Request for Proposals).Contract Management:

Oversee the management and execution of existing GWAC contracts with the Air Force.Ensure that contracts are delivered on time and within budget while meeting performance and compliance requirements.Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.Use this knowledge to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to the Air Force.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, or Technology).Minimum of 5 years of experience in DoD sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.Familiarity with OEM business processes, negotiations, and discount structures.Understanding of federal budget cycles and buying patterns.Strong knowledge of GWAC contract vehicles and government procurement processes.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to put together a comprehensive account plan and strategy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the United States Air Force and its technology needs is a plus.Red River offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and an exceptional work environment.
