We are hiring a motivated Sr. Project Manager. Candidates should have a strong background in project management tools and software, and change management coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role.Develop and manage the execution of standard change management methodologies encompassing processes, activities, tools, key performance indicators, and strategies.Identify tasks and develop schedule, collaborating with functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.Build detailed work plan for communication, training, and organizational change activities.Schedule, track, and effectively communicate project requirements, goals, budget, deadlines, risks, and resources.Contribute to inclusive environment, build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members and leaders, including senior and c-level leadership.Regularly facilitate meetings with stakeholders, effectively communicating project status on a routine basis.Additional responsibilities as required.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.5+ years of practical change management experience and project management experience.Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Strong understanding of project management approaches, tools, software, and phases of the lifecycle and continuous improvement processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong active listening skills.Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of audiences.Ability to lead groups effectively, and drive a common vision/plan/goal across team members and stakeholders.Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to proactively develop and execute planning strategies.Excellent attention to detail.Benefits
