As a seasoned trial attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in hearings and trialsConduct witness depositionsConduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedingsManage and oversee discovery processDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counselAttend and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedingsProvide legal advice and guidance to clients on legal mattersNegotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clientsStay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clientsQualificationsJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of Colorado4+ years of experience in litigation and trial practiceStrong oral advocacy and communication skillsExperience conducting depositions and managing discovery processAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleaguesIf you are a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Attorney with a passion for providing effective legal solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
