Their focus will be on educating and assisting customers in maximizing the potential of the products in the Klaviyo portfolio to boost revenue and establish long-lasting relationships with their target audience.How You'll Make a Difference
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Engage with existing customers to discover their unique needs and advise them on the right solutions within the Klaviyo portfolio.Identify ICPs for land and expand model, specifically targeting SMS and Reviews products to grow the Klaviyo footprint.Maintain expert knowledge on the Klaviyo product lines and provide thorough product demonstrations that showcase the value of Klaviyo’s solution.Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales forecast.Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations.Perform other related duties as assigned.Who You Are
Excellent business development and sales acumen skills, exhibiting Klaviyo’s company values of always putting our customers first and ownership.Provide a differentiated experience while being a consultant to our customers.Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and interact with different business partners and units.Excellent organizational skills and clear attention to details.Proven track record to stay focused on tasks and deadlines with exceptional time management skills.Thrives in a high-paced environment.1 year of similar account management or new logo experience; experience within SaaS/MarTech preferred.Experience cross-selling products into an existing set of customers is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent work experience; a Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus.The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
