We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters to join our Security Team. As a Scrum Master, you will provide coaching for Agile teams on best practices and help them reach high levels of performance and flow. You are an evangelist for improving the development process. You will also help facilitate group activities and help remove barriers to team progress.

Your Responsibilities:

Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

Help remove organizational, resource, or technical impediments affecting the Scrum team.

Track key performance indicators with respect to quality, earned business value, and velocity.

Report sprint and release progress to project management, leadership, and other stakeholders including burn-down or burn-up charts.

Work with the product owner and Scrum team to ensure the product backlog is regularly prioritized, refined, and sized using good acceptance criteria.

Coordinate sprint planning, daily scrums/stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, in addition to actual sprint workstreams.

Facilitate communication and effective collaboration between your team and the world, across the organization.

Serve as your team’s point of contact for external communications.

Partner closely with your product owners to manage backlogs, inbound requests, on-the-fly changes, etc.

Resolve conflicts and unblock blockers.

Be a thought leader and evangelist for Agile practices within the team.

Ability to coach a team and stakeholders on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodology.

Requirements:What You’ll Bring:

5 years of experience working as a Scrum master within an enterprise IT organization.

5 years of experience in project delivery within an enterprise IT organization.

Strong understanding and application of agile principles and processes.

Coaching and mentoring team members on agile Scrum.

Strong understanding of agile requirements definition including Epics, features, user stories, sizing techniques, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, story readiness, and definition-of-done.

Strong experience facilitating sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.

Experience acting as a Scrum master for more than one Scrum team at a time, including on-shore and off-shore (or remote) team members.

Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills.

Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing.

Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite.

Experience using JIRA’s Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Should have a Lean-Agile mindset and be well versed with SAFe principles and practices.

Good to Have:

Experience managing a geo-dispersed project team.

Cloud experience/exposure.

Security domain knowledge.

Agile certification such as CSP, CSPO, PMI-ACP, SPC or similar with accompanying experience managing projects to a successful conclusion.

Technology product development experience is highly desired.
