JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Analyst will execute the brand strategies and support the Brand/Product Marketing team with strategic brand objectives. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in beauty marketing working with consumer engagement activities and supporting trade marketing activities for retail channels. The role will focus on delivering high-quality tactical analysis and reports for ONE/SIZE Beauty marketing channels. They will ensure timely execution, and accuracy in reporting and communicating key marketing highlights.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDrive assessments of competitive insights, including but not limited to formulas, brands, pricing, and top product shades.Stay informed of and share with the team monthly and as-needed emerging beauty and marketing trends and new buzz-worthy developments on social media/ retail channels.Generate insights at a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly level that translate to actionable data insights that will help drive demand growth, improve channel KPI’s, and increase brand loyalty/ consumer acquisition.Evaluate product attributes alongside the team and develop guidance for Supply Chain to execute initiatives such as new saleable kits, PR packages, etc.Create custom analysis that adds value to the understanding of campaign performance and consumer behavior.Support brand/ product marketing initiatives across all channels.Work closely with cross-functional team and integration team to define, roadmap, and implement any data models, and data platform improvements to support all aspects of brand marketing strategy.Coordinate execution of brand marketing/non-saleable merchandise after collective team efforts to develop a merchandise plan.Monitor industry changes and partner with development and planning to shape marketing business ROI decisions including attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling, and category purchase modeling.Support consumer engagement and brand marketing manager with PR activities which may include liaising with influencers through send-outs and other communications.Assist with budget management of marketing channels and campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS1-3 years of experience in the marketing space within beautyStrong understanding of retail and digital marketing and dynamics within brand channels that drive conversion.Experience with consumer engagement activities and a thorough understanding of social media platforms and the influencer sphere.Bachelor's degreeCollaborative team-playerCreative thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.Proactive problem-solving skills: ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.Exceptional organizational skills; detail oriented.Excellent time management skills: ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.PHYSICAL DEMANDSLifting: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.Sitting: Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout the workday.
