The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will Do

Reporting into the QA Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the quality efforts of one of MonopolyGo’s (TopHat) closely knitted teams, known as a Pod. You will work with both internal and external teams to support regular feature and/or content releases from conception through to post release care, all the while retaining the utmost levels of quality through the use of a variety of tools and processes. You will:Ensure your pod's contributions to any given release are of the highest quality, both in terms of defect mitigation and usability experience, while also taking a wider and holistic interest in the overall quality of said releases.Generate and maintain test plans for your pod's features, identifying scope of coverage, accurate estimates, and resourcing needs from conception through to release.Engage and provide feedback as early as the brief/design stages via static testing, highlighting additional tooling/cheat needs, pre-production quality concerns, etc.Liaise and coordinate with a team of offshore testers, defining and communicating expectations, while monitoring progress and results.Help facilitate playtests associated with your respective pod, enabling wider and collective feedback, and ensuring correct tracking and follow through of recorded items.Keep your pod and the leadership team informed on milestone progression, priorities, and blockers throughout the development lifecycle.Work closely with Customer Support & the Live & Release team to investigate, document and (where necessary) push for swift resolution of live issues, owning and understanding where potential gaps existed, and plugging these for future circumstances.Assist in the promotion of a ‘shift left’ attitude, helping discover and resolve issues as early as possible within the production pipeline.What We’re Looking For

Strong verbal/written communication and an excellent attention to detail.Strong time management, accountability, and organizational skills.An ability to negotiate and ensure you and your team's message is heard, all the while with a sound business understanding to ensure correct balance and needs are met.Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.A strong commercial awareness with an understanding of business priorities and goals.Extensive knowledge of JIRA, Test Rail, or other similar tracking/reporting tools.Mobile exposure and an understanding of Apple/Google submission protocol.A sound understanding of the gaming industry and the typical end-to-end development lifecycle.For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is $66,560 - $88,000, plus equity, bonus, and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off.
