Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist/Physiotherapist, should be registered as physiotherapist in home country.Skills required:

High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, management, staff and other customers.Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking, flexibility and creativity when resolving customer issues.Ability to apply critical thinking, communication, influence, and flexibility to make optimal decisions based on multiple variables and desired outcomes.Recognizes and accepts accountability for safety and care of patients.Demonstrated patient centered / patient valued behaviors.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Good ability to effectively handle challenging situations and balance multiple priorities.Strong data, analytical and finance orientation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desire to work in multi-disciplinary setting.Qualifications:

3 year accredited Diploma ORBachelor’s Degree in physical Therapy ORDPT Doctor of Physical Therapy (entry level) GraduateMasters of Physical Therapy (entry level) graduatePreferred:

Experience in the ambulatory surgical and outpatient setting.US Trained or US experience highly desirable.Licensing / Certifications:

Valid Primary License from the country of origin if applicable AND should be eligible for license in Qatar with QCHP.Refer to the QCHP Guideline for Physicians for detailed licensing requirements.Essential Education for QCHP licensing (Minimum of one from the below):

USA - The American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS)Canada - Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (RCPS-C)UK - GMC/CCST Specialist RegisterIreland: Membership / Fellowship of the Royal Colleges and Certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist training (CSCST).Australia and New Zealand – Fellowship from the Royal Australia and New Zealand Colleges.Category 2:
