Software Configuration Management
Location: Orlando, FLClearance Required - DOD Secret Clearance - recent investigationRate: $50 to $60 an hour with partial benefitsHave you worked with a Software Team to ensure Configuration, License Management, and Lifecycle Documentation? Our team is seeking your expertise in Orlando to work with a Large Program to meet upgraded DOD standards.Responsibilities:
Software configuration management, configuration status accounting, records/release and data management within Lifecycle Management Database, for Code Control Boards, for Meetings and with Stakeholders.Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization documentation.Performs security regulations audits.Responsible for planning and executing all Software Configuration Management. Create and establish HW and SW CM processes on development programs.Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, GitLab/GitHub, etc.).Design, develop, automate, and maintain productivity tools using programming database or scripting languages.Basic Qualifications:
Active DOD Secret Clearance with current 5-year investigation.Experience in chairing Software Engineering Boards.Over 4 years of experience in document release and CDRLs/SDRLs processing.Experience with writing code and scripting.Familiarity with markings, formatting and handling of documentation.Proficiency with MS office Software and other software applications.Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Computer Information Technology preferred.Master's Degree equivalent to 2 years of experience.Desired Skills:
