We have devised a unique methodology for automating the tasks related to preparing quality training data, turning the training data problem into a data science problem.The RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual to help build our US sales function from the ground up and have a massive impact on a high growth business. The person will work closely alongside the co-founders, marketing, and senior team and shape Encord's direction and enterprise go-to-market strategy in the US. The ideal candidate is a superstar who is willing to work hard, roll up their sleeves, and take responsibility for selling to some of the world's leading companies adopting computer vision technologies.ResponsibilitiesGenerate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline, from new and existing accountsWork with our engineering and product teams to relay customer requirements, feedback, and pain points to improve offerings for computer vision specialist companies & enterprisesFormalize a go-to-market strategy in terms of territory/vertical planning and identify qualified value segmentsBuild relationships with C-Level executives at target organizationsNavigate and close complex sales cycles with prestigious computer vision companies & enterprises across the United StatesDefine, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospectsCollaborate with team members and find strategic ways to win businessBuild strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders involved in the sales cycleForecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customersAbout You4+ years of sales experience at B2B SaaS startups, ideally with medium to large-ACV ($50-100K+) AI & data-focused productsYou love technology and enjoy discussing it; you inspire others about the power of AIPrevious experience as an early enterprise account executive hire is a plusFamiliarity with HubSpot or other sales prospecting toolsA growth mindset and belief that nothing is impossibleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and equity in a fast-growing business20 days annual leave a year + public holidaysBeing one of the first employees in an exciting early-stage startup with the opportunity to have a real impact on the businessFast-paced learning through direct hands-on experienceEncord offers a unique opportunity to be part of a startup with a clear mission and vision.
