The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative, communication, and analytical skills, will feel comfortable working cross-functionally, and will approach problems in a strategic, unique, and problem-solving way. Anja Health is based in LA, but this role is remote-friendly.Primary responsibilities:Amplify all existing Anja communications and reach new audiencesArchitect growth experiments for Anja, our customers, and our partnersSegment core audiences and maximize reach to each segmentOwn production of content with our director of marketingAnalyze conversion rate optimization across all user journeysPush for partnerships that expand reachRequired Qualifications:Deeply analytical: experience with Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Figma, and other tools is a big plusQuantitative: ability to own a budget, examine pricing models, and look at operating modelsExcellent communication skills: sales, partnerships, and social media experience is a big plusHighly productive: ability to be highly productive and activate our customers with little oversight day-to-dayExperience working with marketing teams in the pastHustle mentality - can ship experiments, features, and ideas quickly and effectively1+ year of experience building consumer-facing products at scaleAbout Anja Health
