We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead the merchant experience for PayPal Fastlane. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for our Braintree and PPCP control panels, Insights, and Reporting.Responsibilities
Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for the merchant experience, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive adoption, activation, and retention.Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of merchants using Fastlane to improve day to day operations.Collaborate with broader PayPal ecosystem to design, develop, and iterate on Fastlane merchant facing features.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce checkout experiences.Measure the success of Fastlane based on merchant activation and retention.Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager (3+ years)Experience working with external facing enterprise customersExperience with merchant facing analytics and insights UXStrong knowledge of merchant payment processing backend operationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsCan thrive with high autonomy and responsibility.PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
