Job Category: SalesJob Details: Salesforce, Inc. seeks Sr. Platform Solution Engineer in San Francisco, CA:Job Duties:Partner with Accounts Sales Teams on account planning and strategy and support marketing with evangelism activities, including writing blogs, participating in demo-driven webinars, and speaking at industry events.Scope, plan, and deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and audience.Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as part of an account team to demonstrate the art of the possible.Put all the pieces together to “perfect your craft” by closing deals.Participate in the continuous improvement of MuleSoft products by making technical contributions and by providing feedback from the field to Product Marketing and Engineering.Build architecture reframe and whiteboarding skills through shadowing and customer-scenario role playing.Create a Self-Service Asset on a MuleSoft technical topic of interest, and successfully deliver this Self-Service Asset by the end of the second quarter.Become certified in MuleSoft’s Developer trainings, MuleSoft’s Kickstart sales training, and all Product, Architecture, and Sales Messaging trainings.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).Special Skill Requirements:JavaSQLXMLSQSRESTCI/CDMuleHTMLSOAPAgile methodologyApache KafkaAny suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
