Typical Day:
Building data models and APIs consumed by Frontend engineers.Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with your Frontend Partner, being proactive and communicating well over Slack and calls.Problem Solving:
Solve complex problems in architecture and integrations that enable the business.Delivery:
Timely delivery is crucial; you should be ready to move fast and release.Self-Driven:
We seek individuals who are self-motivated and do not wait for direction.Experience and Qualifications
4-8 years of experience building backend applications.Experience with Ruby on Rails, Python Frameworks, or Node frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complicated issues.Experience building applications from scratch, with a strong foundation in system design.Excellent SQL and database skills.Bonus:
