Come build the first distributed utility with us, propelling the biggest energy transformation of our lifetime.The RoleAs our Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will be the backbone supporting the Revenue team as we build deep relationships with our strategic customers and partners. As we expand to new markets and industries, you will research and develop strategies on how we can collaborate with customers, whether in the form of pilots, programs, or partnerships. As we gain customers, you will ensure that their experience with our product is smooth and seamless. Many of these interactions will be the beginning of long-term strategic partnerships, and you will be a critical piece of building those relationships.What you'll do:Conduct new customer research (sustainability plans, value proposition)Manage and cultivate the relationships with customer stakeholdersOrganize and manage communication across multiple internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate debrief sessions and coordinate follow-ups internally and externallyDevelop strategy decks for executive-level decisions on partnership programsWork with customers to understand technical needs and challenges, using your understanding of the product to unblock and increase adoption ratesSkills to be successful:Ability to develop models that align with current customer segments, deliver customer value, and scale with growth projectionsAbility to synthesize reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysisA strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customersAbility to learn complex technical specifications and requirements and speak eloquently about themExceptional organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaborationSelf-starter and problem solver with the ability to organize and juggle many small detailsStrong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, and managing multiple Google calendarsAbility to travel 25-35% of the timeNice to haves:Knowledge or expertise in energy, electrification, EV industry, or constructionKnowledge of sustainability commitments and ESG reportingExperience in consulting and building out Go-To-Market strategiesPay EquityMoxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on the level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area.
