You will significantly impact the tools and techniques we use to bring to market software that helps resellers. You’ll serve a vital role here: managing product processes, running discovery on new products and features, and ensuring the quality of every detail in the product. You will work remotely with teammates in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, guiding our product development and helping implement the business’ vision.ResponsibilitiesManage the Product Manager team process.Own product management for our suite of software products.Work through complex and ambiguous reseller needs with clarity and focus.Partner closely with the business, design, and development teams to define effective solutions to problems.Establish and maintain our product roadmap and processes.Shape our product roadmap from our high-level vision and from a set of KPIs.Define and measure product experiments/success.Train and mentor other product managers on the team.RequirementsPrevious experience leading a Product Team or 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.Experience as a reseller, or in the eCommerce space.A strong portfolio showcasing your approach to solving a variety of complicated problems.Experience with product development methodologies and best practices.Experience establishing and maintaining product processes.Fluency with metrics.Experience owning the delivery of KPI outcomes end-to-end.Strong writing and documentation skills.Experience running user interview processes.Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage work.Flexibility in hours available to work for occasional collaboration with global team members.BonusWorked in the e-commerce or related reselling industry.Worked at a successful startup before.About Vendoo
