About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced product/growth marketer to own Text Blaze’s marketing and help users discover and unlock the full value of Text Blaze. You’ll define user segments and messaging and lead initiatives to acquire users and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

Define and refine our segments, positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of our users and how they use Text Blaze.

Develop and prioritize marketing initiatives and plans to test them.

Lead the creation and deployment of content and collaterals across channels.

Run growth experiments (including A/B tests), analyze results, and decide on the next steps.

Hire and manage internal and external team members.

Be creative and test new things.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in product and/or growth marketing roles in product-led / freemium SaaS products.

Track record of driving significant improvements to core business metrics.

Experience in organic (SEO, content, and social), product and paid marketing.

Ability to independently drive results using creative and scrappy approaches.

Great communication skills to convey plans including prioritization, assumptions, results, and next steps.

Data and hypothesis-driven, including SQL knowledge.

Team player with high emotional intelligence and ability to mentor others.
