And we say, the future is now!Join our family and be part of a team that thrives with continuous innovation and pushes boundaries to deliver a product that brings value to customers.What You’ll DoBuild business value realization strategies that can help customers improve their technology investment.Develop and implement a consistent and standardized process and methodology to work with other teams in driving joint adoption.Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.Create adoption programs to use the help of channel and ISV partners to further help with solution design and rollout.Partner with account, sales, and technical teams to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions. Accountable for the overall success of projects, from the initial identification of needs through scoping, use case planning, delivery, and closure.Work with collaboration / WebEx team to accomplish a joint Hybrid Work/ Smart Workspaces adoption & upsell program.Work with high-value customers, as well as partners and Collaboration adoption teams to drive POC, upsell, adoption.Work with Wireless and IoT teams (Sales/product) to drive activation, adoption, and upsell of Spaces with Meraki Wireless & IoT customers.Analyze existing install base – active, licensed, etc.Identify target geos, segments, and customers.Analyze booking & install base data to determine upcoming renewal opportunities, track renewal rates, and work with adoption, CX, and PSS to drive adoption & renewal. Work with the Spaces licensing team to implement renewal offers as required to drive renewals.Experience & EducationMasters degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent field.Consistent track record in product management, customer adoption, customer relationship building, and business strategy.Experience in consulting, crafting and implementing B2B Enterprise systems.Effective change agent and strong standout colleague with demonstrated ability to lead multiple competing priorities and drive goals to completion.Strong verbal & written communication skills with senior leaders of technical and non-technical background.High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.We encourage you to drop us a line even if you don’t have all the points above.
