functions as a startup within the larger Walmart Organization. As part of the W+ Customer Product team, your charter will be to build ideal experiences for members who leverage our services across their many needs.

You'll leverage the best and latest tools to facilitate remote teams and work with teams who develop experiences that have changed the industry including the mobile app, online grocery experience, curbside, or Delivery Unlimited. Innovating on the world's biggest stage, you'll get to deliver customer-centric solutions before they walk in the door, after they purchase, and every step in between. This is that place. The role involves partnering very closely with multiple PMs, Engineers, Test Managers and Business Partner to elevate the site experience for the verticals on Walmart. Analyze click stream data to understand how customers are interacting with the site. Uncover user pain points and help in building inspirational experiences.

Preferred Qualification5+ yrs experience in Product AnalyticsSupport analytical requirements for W+ and Inhome membership growth.Leverage clickstream data to identify opportunities doing funnel analysis, conversion analysis, impact sizing to influence decision-making.Design A/B tests to test and quantify the impact of new product feature.Use statistical power analysis and hypothesis testing to shape and drive the analytics strategy for the Product Management team.Relevant experience in stakeholder management with product, business, and engineering.Implement Causal inferencing techniques to cater for scenarios where experimentation is not feasible.Use basic ML models like linear/logistic regression to build business use case models.Create instrumentation and validate the implementation.Create effective reporting and dashboards by applying expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Splunk to monitor product performance.SQL & Scripting (Python or R)

Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.Option 1- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.Option 2- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
