Edpuzzle is a leading edtech company with nearly 10 years of history helping teachers find and create exciting, interactive video lessons.About the job:Become an expert in Edpuzzle with the support of your sales manager.Identify and qualify Edpuzzle adoption opportunities within a given territory.Communicate with schools and districts using Edpuzzle in your region to understand their needs and goals.Reach out to prospective schools and districts partners in a resourceful and engaging way.Help coordinate meetings with potential clients.Discover how schools in your region allocate funding and approve purchases.Learn key metrics that drive new business and identify new business opportunities.Own the sales process from start to finish.Manage time wisely and stay self-motivated to maintain productivity while working remotely.Start new conversations with schools daily.Make phone calls to follow up with school and district decision-makers.Follow up on the previous week’s conversations.Reach out to active users to grow excitement for Edpuzzle.Seek out opportunities for face-to-face meetings.Lead professional development and training sessions for schools and districts.Maintain strong pipeline management and log activities in Salesforce CRM.About you:Passion for supporting students and educators.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Persistence/Grit.Flexible and able to adapt to new strategies.Self-motivated.Strategic thinker.Team-player.Unintimidated by new technology.2+ years professional experience in a sales position preferred.Previous experience teaching, coaching, or training teachers preferred.Knowledge of the school sales-cycle preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.What’s it like to work remotely?Work from the comfort of your own home or chosen coworking space.Meet with your manager and team via video calls.Connect with coworkers via Slack.What we offer:Competitive salary at $50,000 - $65,000 + commission.Medical, vision, and dental insurance.401(k) matching.14 paid holidays and flexible PTO.Work from home stipend.Quarterly team building events during working hours.Incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and build lifetime bonds with other passionate people.Edpuzzle is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.If you'd like to be considered for this position, please apply below.
