We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Global Marketing Organization’s leadership team. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions. In addition, this role will lead an HR Business Partner team to provide partnership to the GMO (org size ~1400 FTEs).What You’ll DoStrategically partner with the CMO and other senior leaders in the organizationProactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the businessBuild future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hiresEnsure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scaleInstill a culture that resonates with Adobe’s values of Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, and Be GenuineDeliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as neededWhat You Need to Succeed12+ years of HR or relevant leadership experienceExperience leading an HR Business Partner TeamBA or BS degree in a related fieldAbility to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organizationProactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of executionExhibit strong leadership and influencing skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environmentSuperb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgencyAttention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple high impact prioritiesExceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, and skilled in use of Microsoft Office
