We are currently looking to hire strategicand analytical leader as a Director, Demand Planning based in Broomfield,CO or White Plains, NY!This pivotal role involves steering our demand planning operations, ensuringthe delivery of accurate forecasts that align with our S&OP processes andoverall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a robustbackground in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on demandforecasting within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. You'll beat the helm of a dynamic team, driving monthly volume consensus throughcross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, CategoryCommercial, Revenue Growth Management, Strategies and Insights, andSupply PlanESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing,Sales, Category Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, and SupplyPlanning, to drive both monthly and annual volume consensus for the assignedBusiness Unit (BU)*Own and coordinate the Demand-led meetings as part of the monthly S&OPprocesses* Serve as the objective voice of Supply Chain, ensuring alignment betweendemand forecasts and business objectives.*Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Category Commercial andRevenue Growth Management to develop an understanding and insight of marketinfluences and the impacts to demand planning*Provide weekly trending insights, identifying risks and opportunities,and contribute to financial reporting* Own and drive Demand Planning performance and KPIs for designated businessunit* Lead process and system transformations bringing best-in-class DemandPlanning knowledge as well as a continuous improvement and change managementmindset*Support standardization of Demand Planning processes across the function* Manage the hiring, training, development and evaluation of amulti-layered, multi-located teamThe base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000commensurate with experience.
