We're poised to make an outsized impact toward creating an experience that users will love working with every day.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to accelerate our acquisition efforts. As a key member of the go-to-market team, you will straddle both sales and customer support, serving as a trusted advisor to prospects. Your responsibilities will include helping prospects understand the value of Dashworks and guiding them towards conversion.What will you do at Dashworks?Connect with prospects who are trialing Dashworks and provide them with best practices for setup and adoption.Guide trialing prospects down the right path to ensure they convert to using Dashworks.Understand how different roles and personas can benefit from Dashworks, and address those use cases in every interaction.Provide support to trialing prospects and help unblock them instantly if they are stuck.Educate prospects on how to get the most out of Dashworks in order to deepen their engagement with the product.Identify any friction points during the trial period and report them to the product team early and often.Seek out and contact additional stakeholders who would be involved in the purchase decision.You’d be a good fit if...You have previous experience at a small, early-stage start-up and enjoy the challenge of building something from scratch.You are nimble and flexible, able to pivot based on new information.You enjoy experimenting and iterating quickly.You are motivated by results and have a competitive desire to succeed.You are comfortable working with data and can easily navigate databases, spot trends, and perform quick analyses.You possess product savvy and can suggest workarounds, best practices, and general tips to optimize user experiences.You can work in a nebulous environment and are generally a self-starter.As a bonus, you are excited about generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies.CultureWe are dedicated to creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to do their best work, make a significant impact, and enjoy what they do.
