The Senior Attorney will be responsible for building on the firm's success and expanding their reach to new clients, including investment advisers, broker-dealers, private fund advisers, investment companies, corporations, and individuals. In this role, you will be instrumental in advising on business M&A transitions, contract negotiations, financial industry regulatory compliance, regulatory exams, and providing general corporate strategic advisement.Required:6+ years of experience in securities and corporate transactional lawAdmitted to the CA, TX, NY, or FL state barTransferable book of at least $400,000Strong contract law experience, as well as corporate law, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitionsKnowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, FINRA Rules, and the Investment Company Act of 1940Preferred:Experience in SEC and FINRA regulatory mattersHedge fund, real estate fund, and private equity fund formation experienceReal estate, intellectual property, and employment labor law experienceInterested in hearing more?
