This is a strategically critical role that will work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to ensure that Rescale delivers as quickly and efficiently to an ambitious Security and Compliance roadmap.At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:Developing and managing security and compliance programs to ensure timely execution towards attaining and maintaining the relevant industry standards.Collaborate with the Security and Compliance team to manage audits and assessments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security and compliance gaps and ensure that these are resolved well in time.Collaborate with the Security and Compliance team to manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to define and quantify roadmap trade-offs required to accommodate compliance efforts.What we're looking for:5+ years of experience managing complex compliance programs in a fast-moving environment.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, Legal and Sales teams.Expertise in at least one of the following compliance frameworks: SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP Moderate and/or High, IL4-6.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with US Federal Government certifications, such as FedRAMP and IL5 (desirable but not a hard requirement).Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are fundamental to our success.
