Hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer as we scale our team at Ready and Broadband Money:We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a deep expertise in both backend and frontend development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing, scaling, and maintaining our innovative user-facing applications. This will be a frontend focused role, but you will be working across the full stack to ship entire features from start to finish. Your technical skills, ability to rapidly iterate to amazing, and ability to work independently will be key to our collective success.A Bit About You

Solid background as a Full Stack Engineer, with knowledge of both backend and frontend web development. Ideal candidates will have experience at various stages of growth within fast-paced environments.Portfolio of projects to showcase utilizing skills across the Full StackStrong coding skills in both JavaScript and TypeScript.Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React.jsExperience with Node.js and GraphQL/REST APIsStrong relational database skills, with proficiency in SQL or NoSQL databases; experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with product teams, clients, and other stakeholders.Organized, thoughtful, approachable, creative, and rigorous in your approach to problem-solving.A collaborative working style with a bias for action and preference for the right tool for the job.Passion for building lean, inclusive, and culturally strong teams.Ability to thrive in a highly distributed and asynchronous working environment.About Your Role At Ready

Lead the development of customer-facing features, focusing on functionality, scalability, and user-friendliness.Ensure these features align with customer needs, enhance user experiences, and drive user engagement.Scalability and Performance:

Architect applications with scalability and performance in mind.Continuously improve scalability and performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with policy, product, and design teams to translate technical solutions into well-structured and maintainable code.Technical Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
