They have received funding from top-tier VC firms and will release their first product later this year.
Responsibilities:
Own the design and implementation of our Machine Learning infrastructureDevelop highly scalable custom classifiers and models that leverage machine learning, deep learning, and algorithmic approaches for large-scale problemsApply the latest deep and machine learning advances to increase efficacy and performance.Integrate, deploy, test, and verify your algorithms and models through simulation and in real-world environmentsDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy AI solutionsProduce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
Required Skillsets:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience8+ years of work experience as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, and software developer, preferably at least two years at a seed, Series A, or Series B companyLead products or features in developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impactDeep experience in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processingDeep knowledge of LLMs concepts - Prompt Engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning LLMsExperience building deep learning and transformer modelsExpert level programming experience in Python, GoLang, Java, C/C++, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.Deep knowledge of architectural patterns of large-scale software applications.Strong familiarity with NoSQL, SQL, relational, and graph data storesAbility to share findings in easy to consume formats, whether that is through dashboards or data modelingExperience working in a cloud environment such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, AzureExperience designing and building data pipelines for production level ML infrastructure
