Reporting to our Director, Legal Network Success, this person will work cross-functionally to increase revenue per law firm, drive network efficiency, and standardize Legal Network service quality.The Associate Director will oversee a global team of Community Managers (CMs), who are each responsible for a region of lawyers/consultants within our Legal Network. CMs are embedded throughout the lawyer journey, proactively working to understand their firm's desired financial outcomes and help them unlock the value of our AI-backed technology. In addition to leading this high-performing team, this person will manage all activities related to Legal Network product enablement, performance management, and general engagement.If you are passionate about people management and enjoy working with global teams to solve evolving and complex challenges, we'd love to get to know you!What you'll doDevelop and execute

on a functional strategy in line with company and department objectivesManage and lead

a global team of three, providing oversight, encouragement, and continuous development to our CMs and ensuring business outcomes are metRemove roadblocks

by serving as the escalation point for CMs, helping clear external and internal blockers to enable the team to succeedPartner cross-functionally

to draft and review policies, operational metrics, and company-wide processes to mobilize the Legal Network population to accomplish key business objectivesServe as the liaison

between the Legal Network and our suite of product solutions, helping to navigate complex account-level issues with lawyersWhat you'll bringLeadership:

At least 3 years of hiring, training, managing, and developing full-time employees, preferably in a remotely distributed environment across multiple time zones and countriesCustomer success orientation:

7+ years of demonstrated experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in Customer Success, Partnerships, or Operations within an agile, high-growth SaaS companyEffective communication:

Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders, internal and external teams, and senior leadership across verbal and written communication as well as in-person and remote work environmentsCross-functional excellence:

Effectiveness in partnering with a variety of internal partners to meet a common goalStrategic thinking & execution:
