We believe only an open-source approach can solve the problem of data integration, as it enables us to cover the long tail of integrations while enabling teams to adapt pre-built connectors to their needs.The Platform Team is building a cloud version of our product from the ground up. You'll be getting in at the ground floor on building a SaaS ETL tool. This initiative builds on the success of the open-source product. It will be a game changer for existing and new users who want to leverage the Airbyte ETL platform without having to maintain it themselves.What You'll DoWrite codeDesign and lead system-spanning technical projectsAdvocate for new features and product decisions based on learnings from usersOwn the success of our cloud and OSS productsEmbed or rotate into the Connector team to execute on cross-cutting projectsContribute to and help shape the Platform team’s roadmapEngage with our open-source community via events, Slack, or pull requestsDrive and participate in major architectural initiativesWhat You'll Need4+ years of software engineering experience.
