Every day, you will triage and resolve issues, support system maintenance needs, and perform assigned project tasks.To thrive in this position you must enjoy building strong relationships and have configured systems to meet business requirements. We support many different systems, and we will provide you with training so you can support them too.This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and communities as needed.We’re Looking For a Business Analyst With Experience
Facilitating cross-functional team meetings and building strong relationships with customers and team membersEvaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementCollaborating with customers to collect and document detailed business requirementsExecuting test cases and ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standardsProviding a high level of customer service by effectively addressing user support issuesTaking ownership of issues, driving issues to resolution independently and managing shifting prioritiesCompensation: Commensurate with experience starting at 80,000 annuallyErickson Senior Living is continuously building new communities and we are looking to add additional staff to our team to support this growth.
