The key responsibilities include:Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.Recommend solutions and guide users through features and functionalities.Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.Support the sales team in developing sales strategies, generating leads, and assisting with each step of the sales process to sell PieceX products.Requirements and Skills:

Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.Familiarity with the software/tech industry is a plus.
